Here’s a tip for a healthy hip place to eat out. In West Midtown, Atlanta you’ll find Upbeet.
They have applied the efficiency of Chipotle with a clean spacious dining amplify their super-healthy ingredients.
Their approach is simple: non-gmo organic veggies, grass fed animal proteins, and homemade dressings derived from healthy oils.
Bonus, there is plenty of parking.
Bowls
This is the signature serving dish at Upbeet. You can choose from three customizable bowls: grains, greens, or smoothie. If you can’t make up your mind, they have a menu that can cure the most indecisiveness among us.
I went with the ‘Very Vegan’ bowl. It includes kale, quinoa, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, grapes, sunflower seeds, tofu, and sweet cashew dressing. I chose to bounce the tofu and sweet cashew dressing. Instead I opted for an avocado along with olive oil, vinegar and siracha.
This bowl was delicious and loaded with nutrients. It included over 20g of proteins.
Ambiance
This is a great spot to meet a friend or catch up with a colleague. I would classify it as a solid first date lunch spot. You go here to have a fun meal with someone.
