Are you in a rut? Stubborn fat just isn’t coming off? Here are four tips that will surely help burn off unwanted body fat.
1:Skip carbs in the morning.
Eating simple carbs in the morning (pastries, breakfast bar, bagels, etc) signals our body to store what we eat. Switch simple carbs for more protein and fiber. I suggest a Raw Meal protein shake.
2: Consume protein and vegetables at most meals.
The foundation of every meal should be at least a palm size piece of protein and 1-2 fists of vegetables. Eat this first then add in other foods.
3: Skip processed foods and empty calories.
It’s best to assume packaged foods will include added sugar or artificial sweetener. Sugar is a fat burning killer.
Opt for real food. Fruits and veggies are higher in fiber. Drink plenty of water or even sparkling water.
4: Increase the Intensity when you exercise
You can spend as little as 20 minutes a day exercising if you make it intense. Here is a 20 minute treadmill routine to up your cardio game:

Keep in mind burning body fat is not just a diet and exercise game. Your mental wellbeing is heavily involved.
Losing fat by yourself is hard to do. It’s harder when you’re going at it alone. Bring trusted, reliable people around you. They are there to prevent your emotions from getting the best of you.
