I believe we can all agree the most commonly recommended sleep time is eight hours. However, do you need that much sleep?

You know yourself, but do you really know your best self? People we’re closest to can give valuable feedback on our personal habits. 

The easiest way to get your sleep game better is to find a sleep accountability buddy. Someone who goes to sleep and wakes up at the same time you do. 

I did this for years. We would text when we put our phones down (farrrr away from our bed) and when we woke up. One of the best accountability buddies I’ve ever had. 

If you want to feel and look younger and stronger, I suggest taking your sleep seriously. They don’t call it beauty sleep for nothin’.
