In January, I began to take a sharp interest in the seemingly skyrocketing rates of depression and loneliness. I thought, “If someone is depressed, this must mean that they are absent of happiness.”

From there I thought, “What are reasons that I live a happy life?” This led to a compilation of ten examples from my own life that outline my own happiness.
