Starting Monday, January 13th we are tracking three habits. It is up to you to decide what good habits you want to form. The three parameters are from the following categories:

  1. Physical
  2. Dietary
  3. Miscellaneous

Tracking begins Monday, January 13th and will continue through Sunday, February 9th.

This is an 4 week challenge. What do you need to know about the challenge?

Goals

Each goal should be measurable. Thus, stating I want to lose weight isn’t a sufficient goal. You must attach an amount to how much weight you realistically can lose. Stating ‘I want to read more’ isn’t sufficient. You must state how much you would like to read daily. ‘I want to walk daily’ isn’t a sufficient goal. You must quantify of much you will walk wether it be steps, time, or distance.

  1. Physical
    • create a goal that address a physical concern or desire.
  2. Dietary
    • create a goal that supports said physical concern or desire.
  3. Miscellaneous
    • create a goal that would support a healthy lifestyle that is not physical or dietary related

Rules

  1. Daily: submit your progress each day by the next morning to our WhatsApp group.
  2. Ask questions to Christian via text message if you have questions or need help formulating your goals
